Opioid Settlements Guidance Documents

The Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General has settled lawsuits against opioid manufacturers, distributors, and retailers for their role in contributing to the devastation caused by the opioid crisis in the Commonwealth.  Templates for your Town/City Warrant Articles and Ordinances that can be adopted for the appropriation of monies received by municipalities are now available for downloading.  You should review the funds your Town/City has already received and download documents to ensure that your Board of Health has access to those funds.
